The Red Moon Lodge is a natural sanctuary nestled on 6 acres of land with incredible views of Moab’s towering red cliffs. The property offers a retreat like atmosphere with beautiful landscaping, a spring-fed pond, greenhouse, gardens, outdoor dining patio, yoga barn with stunning views of red cliffs beyond old growth cottonwood trees, pasture and medicine wheel for meditation/prayer. Located just under 5 miles from Moab’s city center, the Red Moon Lodge is a perfect fit for those searching for an oasis removed from the hustle and bustle of town while offering easy access to all that it has to offer.
Each of our unique rooms has its own private entrance off of custom stone walkways and a private bath, as well as a serene seating area just outside the door. Guests rave about the comfort of our tempurpedic mattresses and the relaxation they feel during their stay. The owners live on the upper level of the lodge and are enthusiastically dedicated to providing a wonderful experience for their guests, from attending to the grounds to cooking a delicious array of organic breakfast options.
Organic, homemade and delicious, we offer a continental-style breakfast from 6 - 9:30 am to accommodate our guests’ varying schedules. Courtney bakes a variety of breads and muffins with gluten and dairy free options and many organic spreads. Our granola is to die for and coupled with our tart, homemade yogurt, it’s a perfect way to start the day. Our eggs are sourced from humanely raised chickens and we offer organic, fair trade coffee, as well as a wide variety of organic teas. We also offer fresh, seasonal fruit and oatmeal. Cooking is a fun part of the job and we are constantly experimenting to see what we can add to our breakfast options! Enjoy eating in our breakfast room or take your food outside to one of our outdoor patios.
