We are a non-smoking facility and Property.
Our Yoga Barn is available for guests who wish to do personal practice.
Quiet time is expected from 9pm to 7am
In order to support the tranquil atmosphere, there are no landline phones or televisions in the individual rooms.

Breakfast has been thoughtfully prepared, we offer Gluten Free, Dairy Free, or Vegan items. During the winter months (November thru February), Rates are drastically reduced and we do not serve breakfast. You will still receive our fantastic Organic Coffee and Tea. There are far fewer travelers in the winter, it is still Amazing Hiking!

This is a rural and country area - Which means quiet...ahhhh
There may be uneven ground. The driveway is made of packed gravel and dirt; please drive slowly. The path to your room is native flagstone. It is uneven and you may need to walk 50 feet from the parking area to your room, however,YES, you can roll a suitcase on it. Be mindful as you walk. If you require assistance, please let us know. All pathways are lighted in the Evening.
You may want to venture on our bark paths to our organic garden, flower beds and trees. We are blessed with acreage for your viewing and strolling pleasure, wonderful well water, quiet nights, starry skies, 100+yrs trees, a large pond, 2 patios, sacred spaces and roaming chickens. In 2020 we became sheep herders too!
Old City Park is at our driveway... you may enjoy expanses of grass, horseshoes pit, Frisbee golf course, a goose pond and waterway, stage and pavilion, and a child play area.
Rates are based on a two night minimum and 2 person occupancy. Due to Moabs fluctuating temperatures we have multiple tourist seasons which affects our rates. All rooms subject to an additional state and county tax. Additional adults $25/night. Children 3-16, $20.

Hosted check-in is 3-6 p.m. Self check-in may be arranged with advance notice from 6-10p.m. Checkout time is 10:00a.m. Leave the key in the room, and the door unlocked.
We love children. Please keep in mind the atmosphere, sanctuary setting, and Adult atmosphere. Our pond is a protected ecosystem (no swimming) and young children must be supervised at all times. Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional children under 3 yrs age are free, age 4-16 are $20 each, 17 and above $25 .
We honor mother Earth and Your health! That is why we aim to serve only organic, non-GMO foods. Your room is made up with organic essential oils and natural cleaning products. Grounds are maintained with organic and non-toxic practices. No pesticides or herbicides are used on the property. We use only unscented laundry soaps. Rooms are specifically cleaned to target wayward spiders (its a common desert thing.)
We live in a desert and try to conserve water; therefore your towels will be replaced upon request. Daily housekeeping is temporarily suspended due to Covid-19 precautions. There are garbage and recycling receptacles in the common area for you to unload your daily waste. Please see Covid-19 policies for additional changes.
The Spring-Fed Pond is unique and inviting; however, we are trying to preserve the ecosystem thus, unfortunately, it is not a swimming hole. Here you will find water lilies, shade, a hammock, tables and with a good eye you can see goldfish, bullfrogs, and an occasional water fowl.
Recycling: In 2018 Moab recycling center drastically downsized! We, with our 1.5 Million tourists, are
faced with the challenge of REDUCING plastic waste that goes to our landfills. Recycling items must be clean, and no lids. Our rooms include reusable stainless steel water bottles for you to use. Please consider not buying single use water bottles on your trip, or better yet: bring your own. We offer delicious filtered water in the Breakfast room for your consumption.
No Pets : Yes, we love them but this is a hypo-allergenic BnB. ( However, we do have a friendly Poodle, Frieda. She is not allowed in your room but you may see her play or follow you around.
Our goal is to provide organic breakfasts. At times, due to availability or cost, we may make compromises. Let us know if you have questions about sources of particular items.
Please contact us if you have food allergies. We can direct you to the items you may eat.
We have an indoor Library in our common area for group gatherings or looking at maps or books; complete with brochures and local service info. To minimize risk during COVID-19, wear a mask and please minimize your time in common areas.
Our Breakfast room, aside from the obvious, this room is always open for evening tea, or to heat up your left overs. For your use are dishes, flatware, glasses, microwave, teapot, coffee pot, and filtered water refill crocks. (see Covid 19 precautions on home page)
Our outdoor space has many sitting and reflecting areas, including 100+ year old Cottonwood Trees, a large pond with patio and hammock, medicine wheel, vegetable garden and greenhouse, and fire pit (by permission only due to fire hazard).
Our Yoga Barn is always open for your personal practice, you will find available mats, blankets and bolsters. Enjoy some leisure poses while basking in the views of the field and Moab Rim.
We have a bike rack to lock up your bikes. Please, no bikes in the rooms. Seriously!
AirBnB and Booking.com cancellation policies are separate from what is stated here.
Cancellations more than 2 weeks from arrival will forfeit a $25 booking fee from the deposit. Cancellations less than 2 weeks from arrival will be charged the full amount of your payment.
Some of the personal data gathered during the course of a booking may be held on our computer. This helps us for future bookings. If you would prefer we not to hold this information, after your stay, please let us know.
Our online transactions are processed by a third party: Cloudbeds. They use PCI-Compliant security standards. All information transmitted is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. Payment information is stored within a vault, and only for a short period of time.
