Our Breakfast Room is open 24 hours for guest use, and includes a full set of dishes and silverware, wine glasses and bottle opener, a microwave and electric tea kettle. Enjoy iced coffee and tea available after breakfast hours. Relax at the lodge and grab lunch or dinner takeout from town or heat up food you brought with you!
Organic & Conscious Ingredients
We care about what you take into your body as well as the effects that the foods we eat have on our planet! That's why we source organic ingredients! We serve certified organic, shade grown Ruta Maya coffee made in partnership with indigenous Maya farmer cooperatives in Chiapas, Mexico. We are dedicated to serving organic eggs from hens that live in a cage free environment, and are looking forward to getting hens on our property to be as locally sourced as possible!
We are happy to provide gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free or dairy-free / lactose intolerant options. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you have any dietary restrictions.

That's right! Courtney prepares all of your baked goods and yogurt and puts LOVE into every bite! Sharing recipes with guests is a pleasure, so ask if you would like to take these delicious recipes home with you!
Outside Dining
The Red Moon Lodge is a nature oasis and we have several areas to enjoy dining among the gardens that surround the courtyard patio or near the spring fed pond. Guests are also welcome to enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your own room.
