Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 60 days from the start date will be given a full refund of the deposit, minus a processing fee of 10% of the deposit.

Cancellations between 60 and 45 days from the start date will be given a 50% refund of the deposit amount.

Cancellations between 44 and 30 days from the start date will not be given any refund of the deposit.

Full payment is due 30 days before the start date.  

If payment is not made, we hold the right to cancel the retreat and open up our rooms for normal bookings.

Cancellations less than 30 days from the start date will not be given any refund.

ATTENDEE PARTICIPATION ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND RELEASE

I have chosen to participate in the Find Your Focus Climbing & Yoga Retreat classes, workshops, hikes, climbs and activities led by Sevve Stember and Daniel Baril and hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives and assignees, as follows:

1. Damage

I assume all responsibility for myself, and all risk of damage or injury that may occur to me as an attendee at the Find Your Focus Climbing & Yoga Retreat, while attending classes, workshops, hikes and activities, or as a result of participating in exercises, using equipment or following all instructions, at a location provided by the Find Your Focus Climbing & Yoga Retreat (all of the foregoing referred to in this assumption of risk agreement and release as "Find Your Focus Retreat").

2. Physical Condition

I recognize that participating at the Find Your Focus Retreat will require exertion that may be strenuous and cause injury, and it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or other health professional prior to and regarding my participation at the Find Your Focus Retreat to ensure that such participation is safe and appropriate for my physical condition. I represent and warrant that there is no medical or other condition that would prevent or make unsafe or unwise my participation in the Find Your Focus Retreat.

3. COVID-19

I acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. I acknowledge that I am aware that the people who will be present at the retreat and retreat center have not been tested for COVID-19 and have not been verified for vaccination. By attending this retreat, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree to follow all State and Local authorities’ rules and regulations related to COVID-19, including social distancing, proper sanitation, wearing a mask when required. I acknowledge that if I experience or exhibit any respiratory or COVID-19 related symptoms, I will be asked to depart the retreat immediately. I agree not to hold the Find Your Focus Retreat or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness.

4. Claims

In consideration of participating as an attendee at the Find Your Focus Retreat, I hereby release and discharge the Find Your Focus Retreat, Sevve Stember, Daniel Baril, and all of their employees, consultants and agents, and I agree to indemnify and hold each of them harmless, from all claims, liabilities, losses, demands, rights or causes of action, including attorneys’ fees, present or future, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that may result from, or be incident or related to, engaging in yoga, hiking, climbing, or any exercises and activities at the Find Your Focus Retreat or otherwise following the instructions anywhere, or resulting from or arising out of, or incident or related to, my use (or intended use) of a location provided by the Find Your Focus Retreat, or facilities and equipment in such a place.

5. Photograph Consent

Find Your Focus Retreat, its leaders, and affiliates, have the right to use the photograph(s) taken during this retreat for marketing purposes on the website, social media networks and in presentations.

Agreement

I have read and fully understand the above assumption of risk agreement and release and knowingly execute this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining portions will continue in full force and effect.
